Sustainability through Mindfulness | Ayurveda and its holistic approach to modern life’s challenges In today’s economically and technologically advanced society the need for a healthy and sustainable diet is very much appreciated and factually in growing demand. Last but not least, people understand more and more that in order to have a prosperous community, as well as for their individual life, we need healthy, smart and mindful individuals.

The Vedic cuisine, which has its roots in Ayurveda, gives some practical and helpful insights to a natural sustainably vegetarian and vegan diet, which not only nourishes and strengthens the body but has also its positive influence on the mind and our intellectual capacities. While striving perpetually for innovation and focusing on technological advancement in order to facilitate a better life, the intention is to free and elevate ourselves and mankind to a higher standard of living, to a more advanced and peaceful existence. So, the needful call is upon the responsible human being to set thoughtfully the required sustainable high standards of living for the good of society at large and live by them.
