We work together with all the mensas of the 5 universities to ensure that they are as sustainable as possible: using as many domestic products as possible, giving vegetarian/vegan options, … During (but not only) the sustainability week, they offer more veggie foods and try to work on all the topics that you can also read on our table cards on your table in your favourite mensa! We touch on the topics vegan/vegetarian Food, seasonal & regional food, organic food, the packaging and Foodwaste.
