Food & Biodiversity

The second day of our Sustainability Week is centered around the topics of Food and Biodiversity.

In the topic of Food Sustainability, you will find a variety of talks and workshops, from food production and foraging for wild herbs to reducing food waste and composting. Not to forget our daily free lunch, or the fasting soup, if you are joining the week-long fasting experience.

On the Biodiversity side, join our evening edition of the “Biodiversity Fresk”, which following on the tracks of the Climate Fresk, is a collaborative workshop where you will collaboratively learn about ecosystem services and natural science, empowering you to take action.

Dont forget that also other events will be taking place, as a talk about Spirituality and Religion, or a talk about the ETH Net Zero goal.

Finally, the “Velo-börse” will take place all morning and afternoon, so hurry up to get the juiciest deals for the flaming, great, affordable bike that you have been dreaming off !
